Web Design Services

PLEASE NOTE: All projects are done on an individual basis and are priced accordingly. The following rates are a basic guideline of prices. For a free quote tailored to your individual project, click here.

Web Site Design prices are quoted by project at a $40. per hour design rate and priced on an individual basis. Example costs for a 10 page web site, where the client provides logos and images/photos (Index "home page" plus 9 first level pages): $1,500.

Web site maintenance: $35. per hour.

Single business card style page: $300.
(includes 1 web page with email link, text, plus 1 image or photo)

Animated banner or logo: $400.

(Domain name registration and hosting costs are not included in the above rates)

Greeting Cards, Invitations, and Announcements

Print (prices do not include printing costs)

Single side card: $250.
Two-sided card: $350.
Four-sided card: $500.

On-line

Single page: $250. (includes text and still image/photo)
With animated imagery: $400. and up
With interactive imagery: $600. and up

Via email

Still image (jpg): $250.
With animated imagery: $400. and up
With interactive imagery: $600. and up

Graphic Design Services

Logo Design/redesign, cd packaging, menu, brochure and promotional design: $40. per hour.

Business Card Design (does not include printing costs)

One color: $150.
Full color: $250.

Letterhead Design (does not include printing costs)

One color

Stationary only: $250.
Stationary and envelope: $300.
Full package: $400.
(includes stationary, envelope, mailing label, plus CD or Zip disk label)
Mailing label only: $100.
Sticker: $75.

Full color

Stationary only: $350
Stationary and envelope: 400.
Full package: $500.
(includes stationary, envelope, mailing label, plus CD or Zip disk label)
Mailing label only: $150.
Sticker: $120.

Photo Retouching: $40. per hour.

3D Services

2D-3D transfer: $500. and up

Payment Terms

The following are the payment terms for all client work done by Thea Kearney and The TK Multimedia Company.

Standard Payment Schedules:

For all projects totaling less than $500, payment is expected within 30 days of project completion. *

For all projects totaling more than $500, a deposit (retainer) is required. The deposit is 10% of the estimated total with the remaining payment expected within 30 days of project delivery and completion. *

* Project Completion is based on completion of the agreed work as set forth in the signed contract (formal contract or email agreement).

Late Payments:

For late payments, an interest of 5% will be charged on the principle amount every 2 weeks beyond the 30-day grace period, and a reminder notice will be mailed to the client.

After 1 month beyond the 30-day grace period, a past due invoice will be referred to either a Collection Agency/or Small Claims Court.

Credit Policy:

At this time, Thea Kearney and The TK Multimedia Company do not extend credit unless special arrangements are made before the start of a project.

Discounts:

A discount of 10% will be given if a project is completely paid for in advance.

If a current TK Multimedia client refers a new customer to The TK Multimedia Company, and they [new customer] retain TK Multimedia for a project, the current customer will receive a 10% discount on their next project.
